IS IT SUITABLE FOR ME?
Absolutely! Our Salsa classes welcome all levels - from complete beginners to experienced dancers. You don't need a partner to start; solo dancers are always welcome, and we often have assistants available to partner with you during class. Our friendly instructors will make sure everyone feels included and supported. Come alone, bring a friend, or dance as a couple - it's your choice!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Shoes with smooth soles work best for spins and turns (avoid rubber grips). Latin dance shoes are the ideal choice for better balance and technique, but they are not necessary - regular comfortable shoes are perfectly fine to start with. Most importantly, bring your energy and get ready to dance the the rhythm of Salsa!
