We require 48 hours' notice for cancellation of all private lessons.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or an unexpected emergency and cannot provide the required notice, the full lesson fee will still be charged. This ensures that our teachers' time is respected and schedules can be managed effectively.

For planned absences such as holidays or events, please notify us well in advance so your teacher has sufficient time to adjust their schedule. This helps us maintain a smooth timetable and ensures your lesson slot can be offered to another student if needed.
